Overall Responsibilities

  1. Be independently responsible for all primary and secondary research for leadership hiring mandates. Drive search strategy by researching on relevant industry, market, and teams to find the best talent pool for our clients
  2. Drive the research and analysis on cases across geographies and industries
  3. Conduct interviews with senior executives, academics and industry experts in search of innovative ideas
  4. Present research findings via both written and verbal delivery to internal and external audiences
  5. Build a strong candidate pipeline for leadership level mandates
  6. Fulfill time-sensitive projects to meet or exceed customer delight
  7. Must be intellectually curious and have the desire to quickly develop “generalist” knowledge

Who can apply :

  • You are a fresher or someone with 1 -2 years of experience with outstanding (English) communications skills, including writing, and oral communication. Strong on Business Communication
  • The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, as the incumbent will have to map industries, organizations & organization structures, using both secondary and primary mapping
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Proficiency in distilling large amounts of information into relevant insight
  • Ability to develop strong research relationships with members and content experts
  • Self-driven and skill at working both independently and in a team environment
  • Exceptional record of achievement in academics
  • Aspiration to constantly learn and improve
  • M.Sc. in economics, statistics, mathematics, OR an undergrad in these subjects followed by an MBA
  • Undergrads looking for two years of work experience before persuing higher education may also apply
